• To lead the factory evaluation and work with factory for corrective actions plan setup to improve factory good manufacturing practices and efficiency.
• To work with factories on corrective actions plan and follow-up.
to ensure vendor fully understand the company styles specification and make detailed prevention plan with factories.
• Evaluation of protos and pre-production and salesman samples upon required.
• To carry out inline audits to ensure product quality is meeting company requirements, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage.
• Monitor and advise on vendor/ factory in line QA process.
