Responsibilities:

• Define the quality specification for Battery-powered products in accordance to applicable regulations, industry standards and RF internal requirements.
• Conduct the experimental tests, benchmarking tests and define internal requirements for battery-powered products
• Drive the quality verification activities in new product development stage to ensure the compliance of quality.
• Analysis quality incidents (internal and external) to identify probable root causes and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of the issues by responsible parties.
• Support Supplier Quality Engineer team and vendors to draft Product Quality Control plan and provide instructions and guidelines for RF Quality Control (QC) to execute QC activities in vendor sites.
• Train, coach and facilitate the use of Quality tools in Day-To-Day (DTD) work (eg. FMEA in design, SPC tools) both in RF and vendors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree holder in an electronic discipline
• Experience: 3 years experience in Quality Assurance or electronic Engineering
• Computer Skills: MS Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint, SPC software (eg. Minitab)
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (verbal & written).
