• Instruct and execute process capability studies and quality analysis
• Training and instruction of production employees to conduct quality tests according to relevant quality criterias
• Parameterization of testing equipment
• Conduct safe launch process
• Statistical test data reports
• Control of production quality based on existing and documented quality data
• Support of design change management and product optimization in order to improve the quality level
• Definition of corrective actions for continuous improvement and control of their efficiency
• Creation of golden samples
• Conduct releases for assembly and test equipment and conduct process releases
• Support customer audits
• Update of product specific and basic control plans during the series phase
• Coordinate and conduct the daily release meetings -> perform risk analysis before the shipment to customer
• Coordinate the plant specific problem solving process with adequate tools like 8D and A3 problem solving
• Recording of all complaints within SAP
• Identify failure focus based on available quality data and implementation of adequate actions
• Monitoring of defined actions
• Coordination of taskforce teams in case of serious quality issues
• Take over responsibility for project after hand-over the project from development to series production
• Check of hand-over criteria before series production
• Take part at inspection and release meeting for production equipment
• Take part and support the RUN's (trial production)
• Take part at FMEA meetings
• Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation
