1. Pilot the continuous improvement program of the company, including corrective actions implementation and follow up with
related people.
2. Develop and strengthen operations processes according to ISO 17020 standard.
3. Support operations team for key customers special requests.
4. Perform monitoring of inspectors in Guangdong area and all over China when needed.
5. Perform Quality control inspections in Shenzhen/Dongguan.

Requirements
6. Engineering Master Degree with 2 years Quality Management experience/background.
7. Native English Speaker, Chinese is a plus.
8. Organized, rigorous and autonomous.
9. Teamwork spirit.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and multicultural spirit.
11. Adaptable, with a willingness to work in a growing structure.
