What will you do? Lead the Quality Assurance process at different stages on assembly line assigned, mainly focused on internal and external customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, quality standards, ISO standards. Responsibilities • Make sure customer focus mindset is followed at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Lead multidisciplinary teams to perform Root Cause Analysis and CAPA process through different methodologies like 8Ds Ford, A3 TOYOTA, 7 Diamonds GM. • Lead Nonconformance reduction projects at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Lead NCC (Nonconformance cost) reduction projects at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Lead projects for Quality KPIs improvement. • Lead and assure the production quality planning at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Lead the process risk assessment through different methodologies like PFMEA, DFEMEA. • Lead and implement RCA / CAPA process for warranty issues through different methodologies like 8ds Ford, A3 TOYOTA, 7 Diamonds GM. • Define and implement quality standards at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Perform audit process based on ISO standards at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Analyze nonconformance reports at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). • Perform, actualize, and implement Quality control Plans at different stages on assembly lines and prefabrication process (punching, bending, welding, and painting). What will you need to succeed? • Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related field with extensive experience on Quality on industrial environment. • 6 months to 1 year experience working on quality area on switchgears manufacturing industry. • Basic Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis Methodologies like Ishikawa Diagram, 5 whys, FTA and advanced experience implementing these methodologies on a practical way. • Basic knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like 8Ds FORD, A3 TOYOTA, 7 Diamonds GM advanced experience implementing these methodologies on a practical way. • Basic Knowledge of FMEA process and practical implementation • Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques Mainly Value Stream Mapping • Basic knowledge of statistics (SPC, Pareto, Histogram, correlation analysis) • Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard, IATF 16949 is a plus. • Advanced English level.
