Role and Responsibilities:            

• Responsible for all HK Express aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) compliance control and monitoring
• Carry out plan, control, check and interface with internal and external relations regarding to C of A compliance maintenance standard and improvement;
• Monitor aircraft AD, alert Service Bulletin (SB) compliance, and Fleet Technical Management (FTM) operation quality standard survey;
• Monitor and follow local authority Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance requirements and conduct periodic review and chair monthly meeting;
• Prepare for Certification Maintenance Requirements (CMR) package and C of A renewal; 
• Participate lease / return aircraft bridge check monitoring as project assistance role;
• Develop and implement quality control system, surveyor mechanism; 
• Conduct aircraft survey and A/C check surveillance;
• Conduct vendor and Group QA audit;
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Holder of Aircraft Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 8 years’ aircraft maintenance/ engineering experiences including 2 years quality assurance (CAM) working experiences;
• Holder of Aircraft Maintenance License CAD 66 B1.1/ B2 or equivalent;
• Good command of written English & Chinese including Mandarin;
• Auditor Training course or equivalent;
• Holder of SMS and Human Factor training certificates;

Desirable Qualities:

• Working experience in AOC operation, 183 or CAMO, will be a plus;
• Working experience in aircraft introduction and return;
• Aircraft type endorsement and LM /BM maintenance would be an advantage;
• Proficient in computer applications such as database software;
• Attended Airworthiness course or CS 25 training course;
• Experience of aircraft lease return project experience would be an advantage.
