Key Responsibilities

1. Handling of customer complaints, quality written information;

2. E-scooter, E-bike quality / technical problem analysis, report writing;

3. Coordinate suppliers and customers to work together and improve;

Job requirement:

1. College degree or above

2. Major in structure or electronics, etc.

3. More than 1 year experience in E-scooter related industry

4. QA experience 3 years or more

5. Familiar with QC techniques / 8D/SPC/DOE/FMEA/MSA

6. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.

7. Good communication skills & good at problem solving with supplier;

8. Good command of written and oral English;

9. Willing to be based in Dongguan, Willing to travel frequently.
