• Define product quality monitors and indicators, and work with manufacturing to implement that.
• Preform failure analysis for product quality monitor failures and drive for corrective actions.
• Involve in new product introduction to manufacturing to get readiness for quality control system and process in place, product quality monitor test capability readiness, and early involve in product quality issues to solve it before manufacturing.
• Manage manufacturing line excursions by working with factory engineering team and planning to define the affected material scope, risk assessment and disposition to affected materials, drive root cause investigation and CAPAs implementation.
• Drive continuous product quality improvement in manufacturing

• Bachelor or master degree in electronics, telecommunication or computer science with 5+ years working experience.
• Experienced in semiconductor product testing or failure analysis.
• Experienced in product quality management or factory quality control. 
• Ability to do Electrical Failure Analysis and familiar with EFA process and tools
• Familiar with assembly process of semiconductor products. 
• Familiar with reliability stresses and assessment.
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer/cell phone architecture or eMMC/USB product experience will be a plus.
