RESPONSIBILITIES

• To lead a Team of QA engineers to ensure effective execution and maintenance of QMS (quality management system)

领导一组QA工程师，保证有效执行和维持完整品质管理系统（QMS）

• Drive, review and track QMS execution, improvements and effectiveness

推动，审查和追踪QMS的执行，改进和有效性

• Work with Cross-functional Teams, Corporate and Regional Quality Teams for continuous improvement programs

与跨职能部门，企业和区域质量团队合作，推行持续改进计划

• Lead or support all Customer Audits, 3rd Party Audits, Corporate and Plant level Audits

领导及支持所有客户审核，第三方审核，企业和工厂级审核

• Track, drive Corrective/ Preventive Actions for the closure and verify their effectiveness

跟踪，推动纠正/预防措施的及时关闭，并验证其有效性

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

• Degree holder in Quality Management or Engineering discipline preferred.

质量管理或工程学科本科学位优先

• Managerial experience with at least 8 years hands on experience in Quality Management, experience in the Medical and/or Telecom Products preferred

具有至少8年质量管理经验，医疗和/或电信产品方面的经验优先考虑

• Good knowledge in electronic manufacturing, SMT technology and Assembly Processes

熟练掌握电子制造，SMT技术和装配流程知识

• Solid experience for ISO9001, ISO14001, TL9000, ISO13485, Corrective Action and Preventive Action Processes, the application of quality tools (6-sigma, FMEA, DOE etc.). Certified 6-Sigma Black Belt is a plus

熟悉ISO9001，ISO14001，TL9000，ISO13485，纠正及预防措施流程，可应用质量工具（6-sigma，FMEA，DOE等）。具备六西格玛6-Sigma黑带认证者优先

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership skill

良好的沟通和人际交往才能，有领导能力

• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin)

良好的英语书写和口语能力，中文及普通话

• Station at Shenzhen BaoAn plant
