Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming quality control (IQC), process quality control (PQC), and quality process daily management work.
• Responsible for import and local parts incoming inspection according to standard.
• sure component incoming inspection implementation, address issue and work with supplier quality, manufacturing, etc. functions to define immediate actions, clean points to support launch plan.
• Quality process check, lead continuous improvement and conformity of the product quality processes. Close issue resolution loop, feedback to upstream stations, and lead issue resolution team to define owner.
• Define immediate actions under quality judgement, and push for issue resolutions.
• Build up and maintain IQC/PQC/Process related quality system.
• Lead the PQC team to communicate quality issues in timely manner, keep the dynamic process checklist up to date. Focus top issues as priorities.
• Regular calibrate quality process inspection results with audit findings to build continue improvements looping.
• Lead the quality process team to perform pre-planning of quality inspection line, inspection items, checking equipment and station layout.
• Work with team to do deep dive issue analysis till issue be solved and follow up the verification results.

  Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the OEM quality related area and quality management experience.
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in engineering/vehicle/mechanical major, master degree preferred.
• Work under pressure, can work independently.
• Global platform working experience be preferred.
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
