Responsibilities:
Reporting to SCM Director, the incumbent will lead a team to manage for implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure food safety, manage food safety risk and to maintain and upgrade quality standards for all company products.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Food and Nutritional Science or related discipline
- Min. 10 years solid experience preferably gained in F&B / Catering industry with min. 3 years in supervisory level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail minded with good analytical skill, independent and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
