Quality Assurance Manager– Bag and Luggage

The Role

Our Quality Assurance Manager plays an important role to lead the quality assurance team to minimize defective rate, work closely with factories for high quality production.

• You will be the leader of team of 10+ members.

• You will lead the team to assure administration & control of quality system and procedures for internal departments & vendors are adequately & efficiently accomplished through QA functions.

• Conduct factory audit and evaluation for development to ensure the suppliers comply with the company standards, and customer’s requirements, based on the processes and guidelines.

• Maintain manufacturing efficiency to match required capacity and demonstrate leadership in the supplier base to represent our company.

• Root cause analysis for all defects. Ability to work out a solution with difference parties

Professional Competence and Commitment

• You have at least 15 years’ of relevant experience in quality assurance, experiences in bag and luggage industries is an advantage.

• You have at least 10 years of experience in working with people from different cultures.

• You are a University degree holder with proficient spoken and written English.

• Project Management experience to run cross-functional initiative

• You have good communication skills to work with different level

• Lean Manufacturing experience is Value added
