Requirements:
University degree holder in Engineering discipline

10-15 years relevant experience in manufacturing. Experience in household appliances (motorized and heating appliances) is highly preferred

With solid experience to handle customer complaints

Able to investigate quality issues, identify root cause and generate corrective action plan in a timely manner

Generate comprehensive quality plan for new product introduction from conceptual stage to finished product

Respond to all quality issues in factory including IQC, LQC, FQC, ISO9001 and daily operation

Establish quality procedures and lead quality team to ensure quality objectives are fulfilled

Liaise with internal and external parties in dealing with issues related to quality, product safety, reliability and compliance.

Good command of English and Mandarin
