Job duties    

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for performing food, hygiene audits and managing specification system for products and raw materials.  He/she is also required to provide coaching and QA support to team members at shops as well as our food production centre.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in Quality Management System and Food Safety
• Knowledge of the hygiene regulations and HACCP
• Proactive with good communication, organizing skills and hard working
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin preferred
