Job Description
Siemens Healthineers is seeking to appoint a Quality Assurance Officer to work at our PET (Positron Emission Tomography) production facility at Mount Vernon Hospital. The full-time role comes with a generous salary and many attractive benefits. The job location is in Northwood initially but will change to Dunstable in 2024. As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will support the Qualified Person with maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain and update staff training tracking spreadsheet. You will also manage and respond to customer complaints and queries. The position is full time, 07:00-15:00 or 08:00 -16:00. The main duties are described below: · Maintenance of Pharmaceutical Quality System · Assist in review and update of Quality Assurance procedures and documents · Maintain and update staff training tracking spreadsheet · Manage and respond to customer complaints and queries · Maintenance of QMS Trackers and Logbooks To apply for this Quality Assurance Officer role, you will need to be highly organised, self-motivated and computer literate.
