Responsibilities

• Ensures product quality are within the approved specification and in compliance with the corporate standards by handling daily food safety and quality assurance activities
• Conducts hygiene audits and provides hygiene training
• Addresses quality and hygiene issues and solves any problems found
• Implements, monitors and improves quality and hygiene management systems
• Participates in developing and delivering hygiene training for general staff
• Assists to set up and upgrades HACCP / hygiene programmes
• Assists to set up documentation system to record plant operations and quality control records
• Assists in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Food Science, Food Technology or related disciplines
• Preferably with 1 year working experience in food processing QA role
• Obtaining experience in setting up HACCP for central kitchen is an advantage
• Hands-on skills in incoming and inline quality control
• Good knowledge in hygiene control and QA documentation
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 is preferred
• Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
• Proficient in PC operations, including nutritional analysis software and Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Shift duty is required
• Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome
