Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor and develop Food Safety Management System such as HACCP, ISO 22000 and etc.
• Plan and conduct Food Safety System audit and reporting
• Maintain, monitor and develop a product labeling system to ensure all products meeting Hong Kong, China and other exporting countries’ food laws
• Handle customer complaints, including investigation and reporting
• Manage a microbiological laboratory
• Plan and conduct hygiene audits and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree holder in food science or related discipline
• Good experience in product labeling is a must
• Three years or more working experience in quality assurance / quality control and factory inspection in food industry
• Good knowledge on ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 9001 management systems
• Experience in running a microbiological laboratory
• Good advisory and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
• PC literate (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Powerpoint and etc.)
• Willing to work overtime and independently
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Immediately available is preferred
