Responsibilities:

• To conduct various Food Microbial Assays and Chemical Analysis
• To plan and conduct hygiene audits and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree holder in food science or related discipline
• Knowledge on ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and ISO 9001 management systems
• Good advisory and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
• PC literate (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Powerpoint and etc.)
• Basic statistics analysis knowledge is preferred
• Willing to work overtime and independently
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quality Assurance Officer
