Job Description

• Manage QC team, develop and conduct testing of laboratory operation
• Address quality, food safety and hygiene issues and problem solve
• Set up and upgrade ISO22000 / HACCP / hygiene system
• Monitors and improves quality and hygiene management systems
• Provide and review quality control procedures in production area and suppliers’ factories, from raw material to finished goods
• Develop and maintain Product Specification on products
• Innovate new product and new packing
• Ensure product labels are compliance with local and exporting countries' food regulations
• Handle customer complaints and follow up action closely with production

Requirements

• Degree holder in Food Science, Food Technology or related disciplines;
• 5 years of experience in food processing QA role;
• At least 3 years laboratory working experience;
• Obtaining experience in setting up ISO22000 & HACCP for food manufacturing factory;
• Good command of both written & spoken English plus Putonghua;
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication skill;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience may also be considered
