Objective of Job
- Support Retail Credit in ensuring a high standard underwriting quality as well as #1 DSI/CSI;
- Execute the overall credit underwriting monitoring methodology and provide a robust feedback loop to proactively share actionable data with appropriate leaders. Monitor compliance with all applicable policy and procedures.
Task Description
- Responsible for daily administration and long term optimization after framework in place;
Design and fine-tune metrics and quality scorecards to effectively monitor and track RCO performance and the DSI;
- Sample picking and deliver retail credit underwriting case audit results according to defined scope and methodology; Review results with Credit Governance / Retail Credit Team leaders including management and make recommendations for quality improvement when necessary;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policy and procedures at all levels within the Retail Credit team. Ensure escalation and remedy of all violations within established framework.
- Deliver comprehensive individual quality performance reports and internal controls reports to management on a regular basis
- Propose and assist Retail Credit Training function in arranging related training sessions; Assist in collecting industry, economy or other business related information for knowledge sharing
