WHAT WE OFFER

Ensure quality management in SAP- CRM module and related system

Manage Customer complaints and investigation with concerned area and follow up corrective actions to ensure that the problem is solved and avoid repeat problem.

Provide investigation report to Customer e.g. 8D report, 5 Why etc. to ensure the satisfaction of customer and response in the timely manner.

Responsible and take a lead for Self- Assessment and Audit in HSEQ system include Supplier audit and follow up the effectiveness of root cause investigation and corrective action on QMS

Maintain Product specifications, customer specifications of SF-APAC products and communicate to concerned area to align with Global specifications and customer requirements.

Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) related to quality of incoming material, handle New or Alternative material approval process and Supplier Evaluation/Assessment.

Monitor product quality performance and discuss the trend or deviation with production team and Quality Manager to find corrective/preventive actions for continual improvement.

Cooperate with other QC SF to harmonize the standard procedure and align with Global QC/QA, provide technical support, testing results and handle special lot release in order to meet customer requirements.
