Job Description & Responsibilities: · Assist to implement the Quality Management Plan to be complaint with ISO 9001 · Conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with plans and procedures · Raise internal corrective actions and follow up to ensure close out · Monitor and track all corrective actions from incident reports, investigation reports, client inspections or audits, · Creation and implementation of document management procedures (templates and process for review gates and approvals) · Support & guide document control (creation, review, etc.) · Information management (manage downloads, documents, recordings, etc.) · Customer satisfaction and improvements · Assist the HSQET Manager in meetings, data collection, analysis and reporting · Support Operations & Maintenance Team regarding the preparation of Method Statements and workflows· Process Compliance · Responsible for ensuring Process adherence & Product Quality, Project Specific processes, methods and practices. · Provides assistance in identifying and defining process tailoring for the project. Quality Plan & Management. · Conduct compliance audits, Code quality Checks, Stage Gate Audit, Release audit. · Ensure timely review of quality parameters as per agreed process and goal. · Acts as SPOC for audits and assessments and follow-up actions · Track, monitor, report out project metrics and identify systemic improvements · Organize Project Review Meeting with all relevant partners. Responsible to find opportunities for continuous process improvement · Guides the team on setting up the project in terms of identifying Q- requirements, Quality goals · Provide support to teams by observing, consulting and providing feedbacks for improvement · Guides team through root cause analysis and monitors corrective & preventive actions. · You are a change catalyst (Challenge status quo, courageous, walk the talk!) Required Skills and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration and recognized qualification on similar projects · Experience and training as ISO 9001 Lead auditor is essential also experience with ISO 45001 and 140001 compliance auditing is advantageous · Solid quality and safety management experience from Electrical or Mechanical Domain · 10 years proven experience as a senior quality assurance role in large scale, complex infrastructure systems. · Transit operational system work experience is highly appreciated with at least 5 years’ experience specialist quality assurance role working with rail infrastructure projects. · Experience Maintaining and updating project safety case document and its related documentations in line with EN 50129, EN 50128, EN 50126 · Work experience abroad with multicultural teams with very good experience in working with a multi-national company and working in the Middle East · Very good command of both the spoken and written English language · Solid computer skills and knowledge · Good knowledge of quality tools for Metrics data analysis and decision making · Highly energetic and “Go-getter” · Display of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, sophisticated and cross-functional problems is expected · Advanced knowledge of organization's business practices and problem resolution techniques. · Excellent organizational and communication skills (e.g. Moderation, presentation to all levels) · Ability to work in accordance with the applicable project procedure / targets · Self-motivation and ability to priorities and organize workload without supervision · Teamwork mind-set · Ability to plan, organise and make decisions without supervision or guidance · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools · Good analysis skills Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens W.L.L.
