Job Description

Responsiblity & Authorities

• Manage QA team within specific plant and update/maintain plant quality system

管理工厂的质量团队，维护和更新工厂质量体系。

• Plan/lead continuous quality improvement to meet company/customer requirements

根据公司和客户的要求，策划和领导质量持续改善。

• Lead team to build PFMEA and update it actively

组织建立过程失效模式和效应分析并动态更新。

• Update control plan based on PFMEA update and customer/regulation/industrial standard requirements, and safety rules/requirements

根据更新的PFMEA和客户/法规/行业标准，和公司安全准则/要求，编制/更新控制计划。

• Make reasonable accessories plan and budget for QA team, including office supplies, and PRs

对质量团队做合理的辅料，办公用品计划和预算, 并提交采购需求。管理量具校准。

• Monitor raw material, process and finish goods quality index and summarize data, such as yield, Cpk, etc. and finish quality weekly and monthly report

汇总并汇总原材料，过程和成品检验数据，统计合格率，过程能力指数等质量指标。并准备质量周报和月报。

• Responsible for training QA team

负责QA团队的培训。

• Prepare and coordinate customer/3rd party audit

准备，协调客户和第三方审核。

• Other tasks assigned by the superiors

上级指定的其他工作。

Requirments

1. Be an excellent communicator

3. Familiar with IATF16949, building IATF system experience is plus

熟知IATF16949体系，有体系搭建经验从优

4. Have rich experience in chemical industry, automotive or automotive supplier chain is plus

有丰富的化学化工行业从业经验，有汽车或其零部件行业经验从优；

5. Skilled use of AIAG 5 manuals, QC 7 tools, 8D,etc.

熟练使用AIAG五大手册，QC7大工具和8D等质量工具

6. Good knowledge in desktop computer

 熟练使用计算机

7. Proficiency in English reading and writing, and speaking is preferred

英文读写流利，有一定口语能力者优先
