Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 检查3D美术内容，确保递交能够达到技术质量要求；
- 阅读、翻译、管理和分发来自客户的3D内容技术需求和规格说明；
- 就递交物的知识产权问题，和美术总监沟通交流；
- 确保在知识产权保护方面，美术团队能够按照既定的规章制度执行；
- 独立改进内部QA流程；
- 每周为美术团队总结问题及解决方案；
- 通过试玩关卡、物件测试和性能评估等方法，向美术团队提交技术或美术改进意见。
- Validate daily 3D assets/content deliveries ensuring technical quality.
- Read, translate, manage and distribute 3D content technical requirements and specifications from clients.
- Advise and communicate with Art Director regarding IP rights of daily deliverables.
- Communicate with the art team and ensure that internal regulations concerning IP rights are met with every delivery.
- Independently improve the internal quality assurance processes.
- Compile weekly issues and solutions to the art team.
- Raise technical and artistic bugs by Level play through, asset validation and performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- 优秀的的解决问题的能力，能够从问题中提炼知识和经验，并形成内部规范；
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件；
- 有较高的自我组织能力，并注重细节；
- 有效的沟通者，自我激励的团队合作者；
- 能够胜任英文工作环境；
- 对游戏有热情，能够识别游戏中的Bug；
- 有3ds max, Maya, Unity or Unreal相关的知识尤佳；
- 办公地点为成都。
- High level of problem-solving skills with an ability to format technical documentation and requirements into internal guidelines.
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Highly organized individual with an eye for details.
- An effective communicator and self-motivated team player.
- Good working knowledge of English is a must.
- An enthusiastic gamer with ability to identify bugs
- Knowledge of 3ds max, Maya, Unity or Unreal is a Plus
- Position based in Chengdu.
