In a dynamic, multi-project and multi-timeline environment, ITC needs someone with proven leading skills to liaison with Project Managers and QC team in order to constantly improve our delivery.

You will work as a dedicated resource on a mobile application project, side by side with some of the most influential minds in the digital world, and approach the latest trends of advanced technologies. A great chance to practice in order to enhance your skills with solid process & techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management on the daily work, the requirements analysis, the development, the improvement of the production quality and help to improve client satisfaction

• Act as a link between projects, project managers and developers in different offices to ensure smooth communication and proper delivery
• Analyze technical requirements and User stories based on business goals and technical environment
• Monitor development processes, foreseeing production points of failure
• Develop test strategies and test plans
• Monitor the progress made by the production team and raise alerts if the planning is not going to be respected
• Assist in disaster recovery testing
• Evaluate and test projects according to user requirements and technical environment while reviewing and assessing quality standards, procedures, tools, and process
• Execute product testing
• Assist in Web and Mobile APP release process
• Accountability for quality of production releases

• Having at least 2-3 years of experience in the field

• Summarization skills and straight to the point mindset
• Details oriented
• Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications
• Experience with user acceptance test
• Experience with porting tools
• Experience in writing test cases and executing them
• Familiar with Open Source technologies
• Understanding of Software development life cycle
• Familiarity with User stories and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity in testing APIs
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
