Job Title: Quality Control Specialist - Sanitary ware （卫浴产品，浴室柜, 家具）

Location: Foshan & Zhaoqing, China or otherwise specified(该职位工作地点：惠州博罗县）

Reporting To: Quality Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: The Quality Control Specialist inspects all our SANITARY WARE to ensure quality compliance in accordance to our quality control specifications. Will also be able to follow schedules and forecasts with people in charge, and The responsibilities of the Quality Control (QC) Specialist fall into three major areas:

1) Quality Monitoring

• Take full responsibility of inspecting assigned product lines to ensure that finished products are within required product technical specifications as agreed in the Quality Control Specification Guidelines
• Communicates quality and/or production problems and issues as they arise to Supplier and QC Supervisor and works to proactively resolve issues and make decisions on whether PO is approved to ship
• For POs not approved to ship, must immediately notify QC Manager, Logistics Supervisor and Supplier export department
• Proactively works with Suppliers to provide recommendations to reduce the cost of the product and/or manufacturability. Works directly to improve the overall execution of the Supplier base including Supplier performance, Supplier development or transition plans, Supplier capacity constraints, and cost reduction opportunities

2) Supplier Interface

• Work with Suppliers to resolve product return claims
• Proactively monitor new products manufactured by Suppliers and bring them back to the Sourcing and Product Development (PD) Department for new product development consideration

3) New Product Transition

• Work closely with the Sourcing and PD Department to understand new product technical specifications, quality and delivery commitments once a new product line is launched
• Assume full responsibility of new product lines after product launch

Requirements: - BS / BA required (Engineering or other technical degree preferred)

• Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Control of Sanitary Ware and Outdoor Furniture and related products
• Self-motivated, able to manage complex situations and issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills and communicates information on a timely basis
• PC skills, including use of the Internet for communication, excel spreadsheet analysis, and word-processing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English written and read
• Experience in Sanitary Ware preferred and considered first
