Duties and Responsibilities

? Quality interface of Manufacturing supervisor 、site Managers 、project manager and engineering team within Comau china.
? Coordination of all QC activities for a project and/or a production line during integration & commissioning phase until Customer Buy-Off in coordination with related department.
? Management of Quality Documentation of the project / production line
? Implement standard QC metrics, Instructions, processes &Procedures, tools and QC gate disciplines of the project/production line
? Management of Non-Conformance (N.C) of the plant and sites until implementation of containment action( Curative Level)
? Management of improvement actions of the project/ production line
? World Class Manufacturing (WCM) QC Pillar team member
? Surveillance and control of Metrology activities performed in the Plant and on Customer Sites

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

? University degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
? At least 5 years machining/ integration/ commissioning experience,
? Good interpersonal communication
? Good analytical skills.
? Good command of English in reading and writing, good oral skill is preferable
? Self-starter &Team player
? Automatic Equipment or professional tooling and fixture background is preferable.
Knowledge & Skills

? Strong Mechanical background with solid experience and skills, know well Machining process knowledge and Mechanical assembly and commissioning knowledge.
? Know well mechanical / electrical / pneumatic / hydraulic manufacturing Knowledge and good project/ production line quality control skill
? Good Technical drawing reading skill Presentation and communication skills
? Familiar with APQP, Quality control Plan and MSA Skill
? Relations with customers
? Good command of English
