—Full responsibility for the daily management of QC personnel, material management, equipment and equipment management.

—全面负责QC人员的日常管理、物料管理、设备仪器等管理工作。

—Formulate and improve the practical and feasible routine management documents and inspection operation rules to ensure that the routine management documents and operational guidance documents are scientific and operable;

—制订、完善切实可行的部门常规管理文件、检验操作规程，确保常规管理文件、操作指导文件的科学性和可操作性；

—In accordance with the quality standards of the inspection project and the requirements of the operating rules, the demonstration operation and supervision of the inspection personnel strictly in accordance with the requirements of the regulations to carry out all inspection work;

—按照检验项目的质量标准和操作规程的要求，示范操作并监督检验人员严格按照规程要求进行各项检验工作；

—Organize the observation work of materials, intermediate products and finished products, regularly observe and inspect, summarize and analyze, evaluate product quality, and provide basis for determining material storage period and drug validity period;

—组织原料、中间产品及成品的留样观察工作，定期观察与检验，并进行总结分析，评价产品质量，为确定物料储存期、药品有效期提供依据；

—Developing statistics, assessment, summary and submission of product quality indicators;

—开展产品质量指标的统计、考核、总结与报送；

—Process / finished product quality exception handling, customer complaint and customer return processing supervision and confirmation;

—制程/成品品质异常处理、客诉及客户退货处理过程监督与确认；

—Identify the tendency problems found in product inspection, report on the topic immediately, and follow up the implementation of corrective measures;

—识别产品检验发现的倾向性问题，即时进行专题汇报，并跟踪纠正措施的落实；

—Completing other tasks assigned by the higher leadership.

—完成上级领导安排的其它工作任务。

Tenure requirements 任职要求

—Bachelor degree or above major in chemistry；

—化学类相关专业本科及以上学历。

—10 or more years of relevant experience in QC management positions in the chemical industry;

—10年及以上的化工行业QC管理岗位相关从业经验；

—Familiar with the professional knowledge of the international quality system; Familiar with fine chemical specialty, chemical technology, industry laws and regulations, product standards knowledge; Understand and use quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and 6sigma;

—熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；熟悉精细化工专业、化工工艺、行业法律法规、产品标准的知识；了解并使用8D、FMEA、spc、6sigma等质量工具；

—Strong ability of study, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination; Master a certain management art, can withstand greater work pressure; Work attitude, active and responsible, with a strong sense of innovation; Strict and steady style, clear position of principle, strong professionalism, principle, flexibility of reasonable use; Cheerful personality;

—具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；掌握一定的管理艺术，能承受较大工作压力；工作态度认真，积极负责，具有较强的创新意识；作风严谨稳健，原则立场鲜明，具备极强的敬业精神，原则性、灵活性的合理运用；性格开朗；

—Trained in quality management, product knowledge, international quality system, etc..

—受过品质管理、产品知识、国际质量体系等方面的培训；

—Good English / basic English communication skills are preferred.

—英语能力良好者/有基本的英语交流能力者优先考虑。
