Responsibilities：

• Be responsible for the overall quality evaluation of all raw materials, parts, products & services provided by suppliers, inside and outside of the company.

• QC planning for all incoming materials, parts, products & services (see annex).

• Lead the Quality Control Team & SQE in accordance with the company strategy, such as

  • Planning & coordination of QC employees incl. capacity planning.

  • Evaluate & monitor the performance of the team.

  • Initiate trainings & corrective measures if team performance cannot meet expectations.

  • Evaluate, control & improve the efficiency of the related employees.

  • Monitor & control the assigned budget.

  • Develop the department, improve reliability & efficiency of the team & high-end, expensive inspection machinery to avoid costs.

• Control, maintain & replace the inspection equipment.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in a related field & position in an international company.

• Full understanding of drawings of mechanical parts.

• Be proficient with all regular inspection tools & equipment.

• Good knowledge of international & local standards & norms (DIN/ISO, GB, US-Standards).

• Solid English in speaking & writing.

• Firm in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes in the field of mechanical parts is beneficial.
