Job Description

Our client is a listed property developer with large scale residential portfolio in Hong Kong. They are setting up a Quality Control / Assurance team to monitor and supervise the work  quality of the construction and property projects.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager 

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and monitor work quality and progress works 
  • Work closely with the Project Team & Construction Manager to make  sure their work are complied with standard and quality 
  • Standardize the work flow and construction procedure 
  • Supervise the construction compliance procedures 
  • Site supervision including, but not limited to, quality inspection, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, and prepare concise reports and records.
  • Make sure safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Advise and monitor on rectification of defects.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years' related Clerk-of-Works experience.
  • Experiences in Property developer is preferred 
  • Experience in development projects’ superstructure.
  • Familiar with building regulations and construction details.
  • Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.
  • Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Less experienced candidate would be considered as Assistant Manager
