Job Description
Our client is a listed property developer with large scale residential portfolio in Hong Kong. They are setting up a Quality Control / Assurance team to monitor and supervise the work quality of the construction and property projects.
Quality Control / Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor work quality and progress works
- Work closely with the Project Team & Construction Manager to make sure their work are complied with standard and quality
- Standardize the work flow and construction procedure
- Supervise the construction compliance procedures
- Site supervision including, but not limited to, quality inspection, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, and prepare concise reports and records.
- Make sure safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.
- Advise and monitor on rectification of defects.
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years' related Clerk-of-Works experience.
- Experiences in Property developer is preferred
- Experience in development projects’ superstructure.
- Familiar with building regulations and construction details.
- Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Cantonese.
- Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
- Less experienced candidate would be considered as Assistant Manager
