Experience // Education // Skills

• 2-4 years higher education with several years of working experience in related fields.
• Engineering/IT experience or education will get priority though it is not essential for application.
• Excellent learning ability across multiple product categories including electronics, hardgoods, soft goods, etc. technical ability preferred.
• Able to perform all kinds of inspections as needed including but not limited to During Production Inspection, Pre-Shipment Inspections, and Sample checking…
• A problem solver able to not only find issues with products but work with the factory to solve those issues and make sure they do not show up in mass production.
• Detail-oriented taking initiative to make constant improvements to products.
• Self-motivated able to work with a team but take personal responsibility to complete tasks without constant oversight.
• Able to make QC documents for products so factories and inspection company will have our companies’ QC requirements.
• Able to review and update factories SOPs to implement quality changes on a per product basis.
• Supportive to all product development team members as they have requirements for sample review and quality assurance related tasks.
• Applicants with driver’s license and vehicle are preferred.
• English applications are preferred.
