This is a Quality Control Specialist role reporting to the Quality Control Manager in the Business Area -Electrification located in Xiamen, China. You will be responsible for incoming low-voltage electrical components inspection, handling quality issue and supplier quality management.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring material inspection and quality monitoring according to the technic documents such as drawings, working instructions etc.
• Preparing and releasing technic documents such as checklist and working instructions.
• Solving material quality issues feedback from Internal Quality Control (IQC), workshop, customer onsite and compiling Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Promoting supplier taking quality improvement activity, working with supplier to improve quality control level.
• Analyzing supplier quality performance and reporting to the supervisor.
• Conducting cross-functional department meetings to improve and optimize business processes.
• Assisting to promote Operational excellence (OPEX) and other optimization projects.
• Collecting and reviewing quality documents submitted by the suppliers.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical engineering, automation or related field
• Good understanding of electrical drawing, problem analysis and solving skills.
• Good communication in English reading, writing, oral, CET4 equivalent or above.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Must be ready to deal with all quality problems of low-voltage electrical components.
• Continuously improve inspection efficiency and veracity.
• Must be able to work under pressure to complete the tasks on time.
