As a Quality Control Specialist you will be responsible for the purchased material alignment with the specification and requirements, supplier quality performance monitoring and lead the electronic team for the continuous improvement with the professional knowledge, act with safety, efficiency in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will perform electronic inspection equipment / jig management.

Your responsibilities

• Defining the electronic material quality standard for new product (work with R&D or product engineer to define the electronic material quality handbook and incoming material checklist)
• Implementing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in supplier and on-site validation to ensure the material quality aligning with the specification and requirements during normal production
• Supplying initial sample test report reviewing and cooperating with quality physical education (PE)to ensure the quality of components align with the relevant requirements
• Working with Incoming quality control (IQC) team to define the incoming material strategy, analyzing the non-conformity material (incoming, production or customer) and pushing supplier for improvement to achieve the annual Parts per million (PPM) target
• Participating in the electronic internal quality circle for the problem solving, and making sure the Production Preparation Schedule (PPS) action from supplier close on time and in quality
• Supplier quality performance management, regular communication with supplier for the results and following up the corrective action
• Enhancing supplier quality problem solving capability together with SI engineer, Electronic inspection equipment / jig management
• Collaborating cross function-culture to ensure that internal and external customer are satisfied

Your background

• 3 years of SQE electronical working experience
• Sound knowledge and understanding of electronical drawing, problem analysis and solving skills. and familiar with quality tools. (eg, PPAP, MSA, CPK, FMEA)
• A Bachelor’s degree (or above), major in electronical engineering, automation related field
• Must be able to work under pressure to complete the tasks on time
• Good communication in English reading, writing, oral, CET4 equivalent or above
• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Excellent multi-department cooperation skills
