Key responsibilities of the role include:

A. Liaising with all stakeholders (including suppliers and HQ personnel) to ensure Quality Control is performed

according to approved processes.

B. Approving or rejecting test requests.

C. Triaging supplier questions and requests.

D. Analyzing Quality Control performance.

E. Administering Quality Control databases.

F. Ensuring quality issues are adequately documented and escalated.

G. Helping to ensure QARA KPIs are achieved.

H. Helping to ensure pre-market product quality.

I. Performing routine QC inspections, recording results and release/reject with instruments and computer software.

J. Maintaining inspection instruments and testers as assigned.

K. Supporting the QARA team when and where required

任职资格：

Key skills, knowledge and experience

The ideal candidate shall:

? Be able to interpret regulations.

? Have previous experience in a similar role in a regulated industry (preferably medical device or eyewear).

? Be willing to take on board new challenges with enthusiasm and professionality.

? Ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly written, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of EU 2017/745, 93/42/EEC, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 is preferred, but not essential.

Required qualifications/level of education

? The ideal candidate should have experience in eye-care products and ISO standards (mostly frames/sunglasses).

? An academic degree in a related discipline, or an internationally recognized qualification as an optician is required.
