ABB's Power Grids Transformers are a global leader in technology, and the largest supplier of transformers in the world. We are pioneering the digitalization of transformers, while working on the frontier of renewable energy and ultra-high voltage AC & DC applications.

You will be responsible for supplier quality management, process and final inspection and quality improvement during operation of the company.

Your responsibilities

• Inspect products according to inspection specifications, parts drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
• Be responsible for the inspection of sigma card and filling in relevant items during the process, archiving and management of corresponding test reports.
• Be responsible for taking ticket for unqualified rectification items and counting FPY.
• Record, file, process, verify and track NCR reports.
• Investigate and analyze major quality problems, write 8D report, track the solution of problems.
• Complete monthly quality report.
• Manage drawings to prevent loss and misuse.
• Manage the testing tools, tools and equipment to ensure the correct use within the validity period.
• Assist other departments to test temporary projects.
• Complete other tasks assigned by quality manager.

Your background

• Full time bachelor’s degree or above.
• Three years of working experience in transformer technology and quality management.
• Familiar with the basic structure and production process of transformer products. Note the common methods in quality management.
• Proficient with the application of statistical technology. Have the corresponding official document writing ability.
• Fluent in Mandarin, able to translate and write in English.
• Familiar with computer operation, familiar with office software, able to send and receive email.
• Absolutely reliable and reliable, open minded and studious, fertilization accuracy and precision trend.
• Ability to communicate with employees, external staff with business relationship and company management.
