Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator works independently within Eaton's Quality Organization and various business units to develop and establish processes to manage critical quality records within Eaton's Camarillo Aerospace manufacturing environment. Maintain and monitor Quality Government and Customer owned materials and ensure their control. Assist to establish document processes, procedures that support company quality policies and objectives are available and properly managed by department. Job Duties: Perform QMS Records Control Scan quality records and electronic storage Manage paper records and offsite storage. Manage Government and customer owned tooling. Manage Quality stamps. Maintain logs of stamps issued through the plant. Reaffirm stamp legibility at defined intervals. Assist with training records. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • High School degree minimum • Min 3 years professional work experience. • Experience with MS Office products and Software Savy to learn new Software Systems for documentation purposes. • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. • No relocation assistance is available for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Camarillo CA. Preferred Qualifications: • 1-3 years’ experience in aerospace industry or supporting Engineering/ Technical Teams. • Experience supporting a Manufacturing or a formal Quality department. • Experience with Aerospace QMS processes • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9000 • Intermediate MS Office computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel and others. • Excellent English Written and verbal communications skills • Strong interpersonal internal (within business) and external (customers, vendors, etc) communication skills.
