Responsibilities

1. Report and submit quality performance。

2. Build, implement, and continuously improve quality management system

3. Organizes various company-wide quality improvement activities

4. Monitor and improve quality operation status, drive field issue closure

5. Ensure team development

Requirements：

1. Bachelor or above degree

2. 10 years quality management experience, at least 3 years’ experience in quality manager

3. Quality system knowledge (ISO, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA)

4. Logic thinking, target approaching, Strong drive to make things happen

5. Good written and oral communication skills in English
