Our sites now are looking for quality engineer.

The vitamins and premix markets in China are highly competitive and gradually consolidating. DSM has a major strength by having a very strong and recognized quality image. This is a key success factor for the business since it provides a superior margin to quality conscious customers and leads to a lot of support and goodwill from the quality and regulatory authorities. In addition, multinational accounts in China and accounts in Europe or US expect a “western style” quality system to be in place.

Job Content

• To supports local plant operations (i.e.: supply chain, production, maintenance) to ensure Quality System requirements (GMP,QS,FAMI-QS, etc.) are maintained throughout the local value chain.
• Active participation all SHE and security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
• Report accident/incident/near miss timely/ unsecure situations and security incidents.
  Execute SHE/occupational health procedure/emergency evacuation procedure of company
• product testing, method Validation, support registration, quality license renew.
• Certification and statement preparation of (i.e. Allergen, Residual Solvents etc.)
• Batch analysis record reviews and product release support
• Deviation reports & NCR investigation reports and root cause analysis
• Document control center (DCC) work
• GMP improvement in the lab, such as reference standard management, retention sample management.
  

Development Area

QC expert, or develop in QA area (depends on both the Quality team and the talent needs)

Qualification

• Bachelor above level in Sciences (majored in chemical, Food or pharmaceuticals)
• Good communication skills both internal and external
• Fluent in both written and oral English
