Job Description

Responsibility & Authorities

• Build up quality system based on IATF16949 and ensure compliance to company policy and customer requirements.

• Responsible for leading quality initiatives to improve QMS process compliance and efficiency, including evaluation of failure investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities.

• Provide training to ensure proper implementation and use of quality tools and procedures as required.

• Organize internal audit. Coordinate customer audit and assist management review.

• Responsible for plant DCC(document control center). Ensure accurate and timely processing of all documents and records along with the company’s regulatory compliance profile per IATF16949 and customer requirements.

Position Requirements

1. Be an excellent communicator;

3. Familiar with quality tool, including 5 why, QC 7 tool, 8D, SPC;

4. Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools, proficient in excel for quality data report/summary;

5. English reading and writing preferred;

能英文读写者优先

6.  Management experience preferred;

有一定管理经验者优先

7. Foreign chemistry company experience preferred;

有化工行业外企经验者优先
