This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Lead APQP activities in new product development
• Control Yield quality performance and analyze MFG issues, reduce cost of non-conformance
• Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team together to improve product quality
• Champion customer issue handling, lead problem solving and corrective action to tackle customer complaint 
• Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities  

Qualifications

Requirement:

• Education level required：Academy and above
• 5+ Years and area of experience required
• Technical knowledge：ISO & industrial standard, QC tools,  electric knowledge, Test
• Soft skills：Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication
