• Calibrate all analytical instruments in QC lab regularly. Ensure they work in good condition.
• Instrument accessory or parts, reagents management, avoid instruments shut down that cause from instrument malfunction or shortage of reagent.
• SAP management, ensure all inspection plan/spec are maintained in SAP.
• Responsible for quality control of incoming raw materials, in-process and finished product.
• Establish new test method for new product or customer special requirement.
• Training and qualify others lab technician.
• Review the possibility and opportunity for continuous improvement in QC lab.
• Support others team to resolve quality issue. Support root cause analysis.
• Troubleshooting for all QC lab issue.
• Ensure lab technician in safety.
• Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by his superior.

• Minimum 5 years QC lab working experience in chemical related manufacturing plant
• Familiar with instrumental analysis principle
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system is an advantage
• Oral English and writing

• Understand Instrument principle and instrument selection
• Troubleshooting for instrument failure
• Root cause for wrong inspection
• Improvement for in-process quality control

College background in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science/Industrial Chemistry or other related fields
