Manufacturing processes quality control and products quality control for MSD/CCD, reduce customer complaint and scrap and rework. Develop the quality work compliance with EQS and ISO 9001 criteria. Participate in the development and maintenance of flow diagrams, make out controls plans, FMEA, and others. Make PPAP as necessary. Organize customer complaint investigations and work together with other department to eliminate the root cause, verify the correction effectiveness. Participate in pro-launch activities and ECR activities. Work with SQE to improve incoming goods quality. Together with all department to correct the non-conformance and Kaizen activities Provide training to other associates in the use and application of statistical analysis and quality tools. Support each audit Report opportunities for improvement based on analysis of factual data such as SPC, audit results, internal concerns, capability indices, etc. Qualifications Understands problem solving methods – i.e. 8D, root cause analysis, etc. – and the associated statistical tools used to analyze problem. Understand the standards, implementation and certification process of Quality Management System such as ISO 9001, EQS, or any other industry specific standard or regulation. Understands also the requirements of customer-specific Quality System certification program. Understand the program of products certification such as CCC, UL, especially all the regulation or standard the product must be compliant to. Familiar with our products & good judgment. Drive for results & make decisions. Good communication skill and willing to cooperate with others Understands the concept of Cost of Quality and specifically of the Cost of Non-Conformance.
