Job Scope:
1. Support to define in house quality criteria/SIP for product based on RAFI general quality criteria and customer requirement specification
2. Work on a day to day base with the project core team under the leadership of project manager
3. To establish incoming inspection plan and limit samples with the collaboration of SQE team and R&D team
4. Drive the DFMEA and PFMEA with plant quality and industrialization in order to manage the defect risks in production accordingly
5. Ensure the control plan is developed to allow for the control of parts during the life time of the product
6. Troubleshooting and analysis skills in a cross functional team
7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Education and skill required:
1. Bachelor degree major in mechanical & electronics or equivalent
2. Fluent in oral and written English is a must
Experience required:
1. 2+ years (quality) engineering experience in electronics/mechanical manufacturing.
2. Be familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001
3. Have the knowledge of quality 7 tools is a big plus
4. Be familiar with milling, die-casting and surface treatment is a big plus
5. Self-motivated and able to work under time pressure
