What will you do? Ensure that the products meet the specifications and expectations of the client Ensure that quality objectives are achieve Comply with the documentation and procedure for the operational processes under their responsibility Creating and maintaining quality standards in production lines Responsible for continuous improvement in processes to enhance product performance and quality controls Work with cross-functional teams to generate solutions that ensure good quality products Root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for processes or parts Analyze customer warranty returns and implement corrective and preventive plans/actions What will you need to succeed?
