Was Wir Von Ihnen Erwarten: • Entgegennahme von Reklamationen von Kunden und EATON Organisationseinheiten (z.B. Werke, Vertriebseinheiten national & international). Reklamationen können per Telefon, Fax, Post, E-Mail, CRM Software eingehen. • Analyse und Bewertung der mitgelieferten/beschafften Informationen / Unterlagen in Hinsicht auf Funktion und Reklamationsgrund. • Bewertung der Ergebnisse der Fehler- und Ursachenanalyse.
