Purpose of the Position:

Work as quality engineer supervisor to lead quality engineer team to develop, maintain and improve quality control plan to make sure control of process quality, by managing and developing team member.

Drive plant quality continuous improvement for product quality control / customer voices and quality system and cost reduction. Work as coordinator for plant PEx.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage QE team, motivate and lead team’s people development.

• Ensure quality engineer team to establish inspection plan and criterion and train inspector for inspection method and inspection equipment

• Responsible for the management of measuring instruments, internal/external calibration.

• Quality data analysis and report to plant staff and leadership.

• Support COQ reduction project.

• Define and support necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality.

• Lead PQA project to identify CTQ and control plan and through PQA to support COQ improvement.

• Assure that new equipment/processes/tools become qualified.

• Process capability collection and monitoring.

• In charge of quality performance monitoring and analysis, drive quality improvement projects and follow up effectiveness.

• Monitor and track the product quality. Work with engineering to solve the quality issue

• Be responsible for plant PEx coordinator

• Complete the related work assigned by supervisor/Managers.
