 - Day to Day Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional team to introduce the transferred products or/and new designed transfer product lines from sister Corning plant

• Establish and optimize product control plan and ensure control plan are proper and being executed well in process, includes develop and optimize bio process related products process inspection and other related inspection and test method

• Lead and engage in customer complaints investigation

• Training inspectors for product quality criteria

• Develop and optimize product inspection method

• Use quality tools, not limited to SPC/MSA to Track, analysis and follow up with operation and engineering team to drive continuously improvement for product quality

• Work with cross functional team to reduce Cost of Quality and achieve Cost saving target assigned from department and/or from plant level

• Lead or support plant/department projects to contribute quality improvement, Cost reduction etc.

• Bio process Customer application understanding and transfer to internal control

• Escalate issues to proper function and level to reach resolution.

• Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor

- Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above Mechanical, biological major related

• At least five years Quality Engineer work experiences with quality field, GMP or ISO 13485 knowledge is a must.

- Required Skills

• Bachelor Degree or above Mechanical, biological major related

• At least five years Quality Engineer work experiences with quality field, GMP or ISO 13485 knowledge is a must.

• Good written and spoken English skill

• Good MS office skill

• Good communication skill

• Familiar with ISO Quality Management System, ISO 13485 and internal auditor certificate is preferred

• Have a Injection molding knowledge and familiar with injection process control.

• Familiar with clean room control, and have a knowledge of ISO 14644.

• Familiar with QC tools and utilize in process issue analysis/improvement

• Understand the medical devices regulations is preferred

• Project leading capability  Good presentation ability

• Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks

• Ability to collaborate across function
