? Key Responsibilities

1. Develop quality control setup incl. documentation for assembly line. Implement, use and further develop professional quality analysis tools (P-FMEA, DFA, SPC…) during the development of assembly line.

2. Lead the dedicated CIP’s to improve quality and productivity.

3. Measure and steer the production quality based on strategic and business targets. Organize the recording & analyzing of relevant quality data.

4. Creation of required quality documentation on regular basis.

5. Maintain and further develop production quality and patrol inspection activities.

6. Conduct workplace and process audits to improve operational excellence and to enhance CIP.

7. Drive professional problem-solving methods process, methods & tools (QC+, SQC, AIP, Ishikawa…) to find optimum solutions from quality, timing and cost point of view. Training of team members.

8. Manage and review all required personal development methods (PMP, SMD, IDP…) to build a professional, high-performing team and coach team members individually in their actual and for their future positions.

9. Support Head of Quality & Engineering to build up a passionate and competent quality team.

10. Support the Local Process Manager (LPM) as Local Process Expert (LPE) in dedicated GPMS processes.

11. Work on any other specific strategic or operational project assigned by the Head of Quality & Engineering or General Manager.

Key requirements:

1. University graduate (Bachelor of higher) in mechanical, electrical/electronic or automation engineering is preferred. Overseas education/working experience is beneficial.

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is beneficial.

3. Min. 5 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing environment, preferably in production quality. Supplier quality and design quality are beneficial.

4. Previous team leader experience is preferred.

5. Manufacturing know-how, product development and auditor experience are beneficial.

6. Familiar with local and global Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

7. Strong conceptual ability and experience in strategy development.

8. Entrepreneurial spirit with goal-oriented and open mindset.

9. Superior computer knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications. SAP experience is beneficial.
