What will you do You are the partner of the plant manager you ensure the quality standards of SI EA within your location. ❖ Your local team includes all Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care. ❖ You directly report to the BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager. ❖ You ensure all necessary certifications ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 45001. ❖ Drive KPI improvement - alignment with HQ Subfunctions and necessary local KPIs need to be implemented and triggered. ❖ You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the KPI progress. ❖ You ensure global standard processes implemented in your location. ❖ You align and implement the yearly strategy and budget with your Subfunction Manager. ❖ You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled. ❖ You lead the organization to prevention - root cause analyses and sustainable preventive measures of NCCs projects etc. ❖ You motivate your team and ensure their competencies to the next level. What will you need to succeed? ❖ Master’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent. ❖ Leadership experience of min. five years and working in international organisations. ❖Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management. ❖ Expert for ISO 9001, pref. ISO 14001|ISO 45001. ❖ English and local language on a professional level.
