Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible on all matters related to management systems
- Carry out QHSE training for relevant parties
- Organize internal audit and ensure the internal audit being carried out regularly
- Handle document control, maintain audit records, and verify practices and training
- Arrange and monitor the follow-up actions and ensure that corrective actions are taken properly
- Control and monitor the progress of the entire management system
- Handle and maintain records of technical and non-technical feedback or complaints
Requirements/Qualification:
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or Science is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality/ Health & Safety/ Environmental Management system
- Familiar of ISO17025, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written Chinese and English
- Effective time management skills to meet assigned deadlines and prioritize multiple work assignments
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Less experience will be considered as QHSE Assistant
Working Days:
Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
